Try this for size:
1 stalk of cut-up chard
1 stalk of cut-up celery
1 radish
1/2 lemon
few sprigs of parsley
few sprigs of cilantro
1/2 apple
1 inch of ginger peeled
add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water
4-6 cubes of ice and blend
Yummy and oh so fresh!
